TATTON Park is set to re-open on Wednesday April 25, although Home Farm, and the Knutsford entrance will remain closed for the time being.
There will also be strict disinfection procedures.
Two miles of new fencing will segregate the deer herd, rare sheep and farm animals from visitors.
The park, which usually attracts 750,000 visitors annually, has been closed since February as a precaution against the foot and mouth outbreak.
Foot and mouth task force leader, Councillor Derek Bateman said "This decision, taken only after a comprehensive risk assessment, will give a tremendous boost to tourism both regionally and locally."
