Rylands scored first with a Green 30-yard try.
Waterhead hit back with three quick tries through sloppy defence by Rylands.
Rylands replied with tries by Whiteley, Campbell and Moores but bad tackling let Waterhead back in before Rylands' late tries by Nickel, Moores and Green.

LATCHFORD worked hard in defence and attack but were unable to break down a strong Ince side.
Thompson, James, D. Ball, M. Ball, Ellis and Byron tackled well while Reid, Pendlebury and Feather made good yards in attack. Tries were scored by James and Thompson.

RYLANDS reached the NWC Cup final for the second year running with an awesome defensive performance which saw them nil a bigger side.
The unstoppable James Mendeika grabbed a hat-trick and was well backed up by hard-running centre Dan Philips, who also went over.
Player of the match Joe Clarke led by example and scored a try. Top tackler Jamie Howard sealed up his wing. Above all this was a massive team effort.

AN excellent team performance from Latchford with tries from Hewitt, three, Singleton, Martin and player of the match Tom Southworth.
They were supported well by most improved player Johnie Wykes and top tacklers McIntosh and Atherton.
Captain M. Parrington, Evans, Yates-Dutton and Antell all had good games.

A tremendous performance showing true grit and determination.
Strong forward running and a solid defence line was backed up with long flowing passing.
An excellent game of rugby from two determined teams saw Woolston victorious against a well disciplined Wigan team.

AN uncharacteristic defensive display cost Rylands against a well-drilled Waterhead side.
Joel Harrigan worked hard to take the player of the match award, with Lewis Bennett defending well out wide. Danny Oakes scored Rylands' try, finishing off a fine handling move.

RYLANDS' tries were scored by Duffy, Cooper, Dean, Risley, Brear, Driscoll, Litherland and Lowe with Duffy, Risley, Lee, Brear and Roby adding the goals.
Risley was top tackler, Lee was player of the match and Roby with an outsanding game, took the special award.

SHANE Duffy went over early finishing a slick handling move.
Despite the wet, Soap threw the ball around eloquently and tackled superbly but a cruel blow saw Royton equalise with a try in the fourth minute of injury time.
Player of match was Jack Smith, Craig Patterson won the coaches' award and top tackler was Scott Hendrick.

A delayed effort from a slow starting Latchford side cost them the game.
In the second half Latchford came out fighting only to gain a bit of pride in a match that was already lost.
Newcomer Ryan had an excellent game and took top tackler while Tom Crosby came on as sub to take a well deserved player of the match.

CROSFIELDS played the semi-final of North West Counties Cup and came out losers against a well disciplined defence of Blackbrook.
Crosfields had the majority of possession but unfortunately could not turn it into points. It was an excellent all round performance from both teams.
Soap's try scorer was Phil Berry. Playeran of the match was Ryan Jarvis, closely followed by Mike Bramham.
