WARRINGTON Grange women's soccer team's superb form continued with another win away from home.
Grange's 2-0 success at Stockport Celtic means they retained third spot in the league and moved closer to second place.
Celtic's defence struggled to deal with Maddie Davidson's curling corner crosses and on 35 minutes two defenders challenged for the same ball, which as a result glanced into the net.
In the second half Grange were again a solid unit, passing the ball around well and forcing Celtic on to the back foot.
After 65 minutes a long cross from Mel Jones was turned back across the box by Davidson for a half volley into the net by Sarah Sheldon.
Grange's next game is the Cheshire Cup final at Christleton on May 3, which is against National Premier Division Tranmere.
