TETLEY Walker succeeded where second division title rivals Nelson and Warrington Town both failed and returned home from Cumbria with all three points.
As Tetley, playing up the slope, shook off the effects of the long journey they opened the scoring in the 31st minute.
Steve Ellaby swung over a cross which top scorer Neal Smith headed over the on coming goalkeeper.
Holker's top scorer Carl Waters ran from the half way line before shooting home in the 42nd minute.
Tetley restored their lead in the 45th minute when Gary Bickerstaffe fired home from inside the area.
Tetley were reduced to 10 men in the 67th minute when the referee showed Smith his second yellow card.
Three minutes later, with regular penalty taker Smith in the changing room, Collins stepped forward to send the Holker 'keeper the wrong way from the penalty spot after Flood had been fouled.
Barry Stevens pulled a goal back for Holker in the 77th minute.
