WARRINGTON Hospital's league of friends are set to open a charity shop in the new main entrance.
A weekly lottery has also been launched. Tickets are 50p each with an estimated jackpot of £200 a week as well as a consolation prize.
The lottery is run completely by volunteers and the money raised will benefits patients in the hospital.
The league of friends continues to fundraise for the hospital, recent purchases this year have included £22,000 worth of pulmonary lung function equipment for cancer patients and a TV and video for the children's X-ray department.
The winning numbers of last week's lottery are 2, 3, 4 and 9. There was no winning ticket and next week's rollover is estimated to be £550.
