IT is business as usual at the coal yard on Rushgreen Road in Lymm while plans to build homes on the land are scrutinised by members of the planning committee.
A scheme, put forward by developers Miller Homes, seeks to build four detached homes and two mews properties on the site.
But members of the planning committee agreed to carry out a site visit at a meeting on Monday night after hearing representations from Clr Sheila Woodyatt regarding the design of the homes.
The business owners stressed that they will operate at the Rushgreen Road site for the foreseeable future.
