A DISCO and auction have raised more than £2,000 for the PISCES Trust.
The charity, People in Search of a Cure for Evans Syndrome, helps those suffering from the rare blood disease and the dedicated team of fundraisers were delighted by the success of the event.
Darryl Van de Velde, Ian Knott and Lee Penny of Warrington Wolves, and St Helens rugby star Keiron Cunningham were on hand to help the party, held at the Tetley Walker Club, go with a swing.
Ex-Warrington rugby champ Mike Gregory donated a jersey, Keiron Cunningham gave a kit, and a host of businesses donated auction lots to help boost the cash total.
