URMSTON Town A team were back in action with back to back fixtures against Lymm Rovers.
Last week at home in a very physical and tight game Urmston took the lead from Heydon Berry from a sweet cross from Tom Eckerley.
Lymm Rovers had a break and scored at the other end to make it 1-1, - it made for an exciting finish.
With 10 minutes to go Lee McAnulty hit a tremendous shot from 20 yards out to make the result 2-1 to the league leaders.
The most pleasing thing about this result is, not only does it make it 10 out of 10 for the league but the fact that the team have scored an amazing 100 goals this season.
Urmston then had to travel to Lymm for the return fixure on a sodden pitch which became very heavy.
Urmston set their stall outstraight away with both Lymm's flank were being bombarded by Jamie Fountain and Tom Eckersley scoring a couple of goals.
Back in action was Colin Murray, who added a goal of his own.
Team Manager Mark Fountain said, "It's not the score line of 6-0 which pleased me the most. It was the display of football which we played.
"It had everything from passing, aggression, skill, strength and mostly passion."
