A RETROSPECTIVE planning application for a single rear extension on Egerton Avenue in Fairfield has been deferred until the first development control committee meeting of the New Year.
The property, which is a semi-detached house, has an extension, which was built earlier this year, and the applicant has resubmitted retrospective plans to the committee.
The application was listed for the meeting last Wednesday evening but will now be discussed in January.
