Manchester Camerata's New Year Gala Concerts are always a favourite with audiences, and this year will be no exception. Indeed, in the orchestra's 30th anniversary year, the celebrations are set to be more spectacular than ever!
The New Year's Eve Opera Gala at 7.30pm, will be a delightful way to start your celebrations. Guest conductor Wyn Davies will take to the podium while Donald Maxwell, ever popular as both a singer and presenter, will host the concert in the magnificent surroundings of Manchester's Bridgewater Hall.
On January 1, 2003 at 3pm Manchester Camerata will return to The Bridgewater Hall for a New Year's Day Viennese Gala. Acclaimed soprano Marilyn Hill Smith will join Wynn and Donald.
