ONCE there lived a little girl called Miss Lucy, she was at her tiny window wondering what she would get for Christmas, when she saw something that looked extremely blue! It looked like a snowflake "What could it be?" She asked.

Miss Lucy looked more closely "Ah! Well it will be nothing" she said sighing, but it was something it was one of Santa's helpers. IT WAS AN ELF! Soon it was lunchtime and Miss Lucy was just about to sit down when the doorbell rang "Get the doorbell for me please" said her mum.

When she opened the door Miss Lucy couldn't believe her eyes when she saw him "CAN I COME IN?" the elf groaned "Certainly" Miss Lucy said surprised.

She took him into the dining room "HELLO" Miss Lucy, mum and dad said worriedly, "What's your name?" said Miss Lucy "The Names Icicle Cold Icicle" "My names Miss Lucy" She said. "That's a very nice name" he said "why don't you come one my snow mobile" Miss Lucy questioned "Yes I would love to" eat up then said Miss Lucy's mum.

After Miss Lucy had finished her lunch Mr Icicle and Miss Lucy set off to go one the snow mobile "bye" said miss Lucy to her mum and dad. A few hours later they were still exploring the South Pole when an extremely bad blizzard formed "HELP HELP" cried Miss Lucy who was freezing to death "QUICK IN HERE" Mr Icicle said saying it like was a hero.

"here are we?" Miss Lucy said, "I I I I don't know" Mr Icicle said cruelfully "Sorry I only wanted to where we were" suddenly they heard a big noise "ho ho ho" was that you Mr Icicle? No its not me I think its Father Christmas they both said together, father Christmas came to see what all the racket was about "What are you doing her Cold Icicle?" "Nothing" he said "You're an elf how could you" Miss Lucy cried "I am so sorry really I am" "OK I forgive you" said Miss Lucy. When they came outside the blizzard had died down so they went home Miss Lucy opened the door "Hello" said a voice "What's your name?" Oh no it was Mr Silly and Mrs Silly with their son dumb "not again" she laughed and they all lived and had the best Christmas ever.
