IF Vicky O'Connor doesn't know the speed limit of the road because there are no signs, then perhaps she needs to retake her driving test. Roads that are not marked with speed signs are 30mph, as a result she should know that Liverpool Road is a 30 mph road.
To get caught speeding once on this road is unlucky, but to get caught twice is just careless and dangerous.
