A FLEET footed young ballet dancer has been selected to study at the prestigious Hammond Ballet School in Chester after four years at the Alhambra Academy of Dance and Drama in Rainhill.
Ten-year-old Emma Ashley, from Penketh will be leaving her ballet chums to ply her talents on the bigger stage.
The Principle and teacher of the Alhambra, Nisha Srivastave said: "It has been a wonderful opportunity to teach Emma."
"I wish Emma the best of luck for the future and am positive that her natural talents will shine through in every aspiration she reaches."
