WHO could he be - the sun-lover who wanders around the district, stripped to the waist in topping up his highly impressive tan?
The middle-aged man, his generously fleshed torso bronzed to a mahogany hue, seems to pop up as reliably as summer flowers each year when temperatures rise. I've driven past him for the past several years, noticing him standing alone, often as still as a statue and with arms held aloft to catch the sun's rays. These brief drive-through encounters usually occur within the Moss Bank-Haresfinch area of town, though my most recent sighting was at the T-junction where City Road, Windle, meets with Washway Lane.
CAN someone please write in and put me out of my agony by revealing the identity of this mysterious sun worshipper?
