A THREE-day skills festival, aimed at promoting employment and learning opportunities for people in Warrington and Cheshire, is being organised for the beginning of October.
Birchwood Community High School and Cheshire Learning Partnership are inviting employers, employees and residents to join them at Chester Racecourse between October 7 and 9 for an interactive event focusing on participation.
Organisers are expecting around 8,000 people on adults' day - the first day of the festival - where visitors will be able to share new ideas about career opportunities and career changes. The second day is aimed at professionals and the final session will be for young people from schools and colleges. For more information, ring 08700 756300.
