RESIDENTS from Stockton Heath are hoping to raise much-needed funds for charity by holding a musical evening at Walton Hall Gardens.
Members of Stockton Heath Playmakers, and associated families and friends, expect to amass at least £600 to go towards St Rocco's Hospice.
The night of entertainment, entitled Moods of Love, takes place on September 7 and features soloists, duets, guitar players, pianists and a buffet.
Businesses from the village have donated prizes and tickets for the event have already sold out.
