INNER city Sumo has always billed itself as 'Ska & Punk, Art & Junk' but the accent will be on art this Friday, August 15.
Four of the regions most experimental bands will join them on stage at the Masque Theatre, Liverpool.
The opening band is the Immigrants, who will appeal to those who like pop as noisy and nasty.
All Day Glow are next up with punk, hip-hop and every style of music, with a huge dosage of cheek humour.
Next in line, Stig create experimental sound using guitars, decks, drum machines and trumpets.
The gig includes 28 Costumes.
Holding the proceedings together will be Pete Bentham and special guest beat poet Glenn Paterson.
Admission is £4. Over 14's only.
