HEAVY rockers Stagefright will support Fun Lovin Criminals this month when they appear at one of the UK's most coveted bike rallies.

These seasoned live favourites, hailing from Warrington, play at the Bullfrog Bash, Startford Upon Avon, this Friday and Saturday, August 8 and 9, for a festival that usually welcomes more than 25,000 people over the weekend.

Former favourites at the Carlton Club, Stagefright have played with some of the giants of the heavy rock world like Saxon, Motorhead, Girlschool and The New Torpedoes.

Reformed five years ago, Stagefright now showcase a mixture of their own material along with covers. Fronted by Tracey McLewee, they have a style reminiscent of the late 80s British scene with soaring vocals, intelligent harmonies and incendiary guitar solos underpinned by string bass and drum lines.

Stagefright have finally released their first digitally mastered CD, assisted by legendary producer Pete Coleman who has worked with rock heavyweights like ACDC and Ozzy Osbourne.
