THERE are plans to prevent vehicles from waiting near the junction of Myddleton Lane and Waterworks Lane in Winwick, following complaints about hazardous parking.
The proposal would create a waiting order on Myddleton Lane, from a point 13.7 metres west of its junction with Waterworks Lane to a point 13.7 metres east of the same junction.
It would also stop people waiting on Waterworks Lane from its junction with Myddleton Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of 15.5 metres.
Anyone who would like to comment on the proposals should write to Howard Norris, solicitor to the council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. Letters must be received before Monday, September 1.
