THE wedding has taken place of 25-year-old Alex Ridpath and 24-year-old Claire Evans. Alex is the younger son of Mr and Mrs I Ridpath of Bishops Itchington, Leamington Spa and Claire only daughter of Mr and Mrs F Evans of The Grange, Sandiway.
Rev Gordon Roxby officiated at St John's Parish Church, Sandiway and her father Francis Evans gave the bride away. She wore a red bodice decorated with gold flower detail and a full gold satin skirt with train and carried a bouquet of golden yellow roses.
Paul Ridpath, brother of the groom, was best man with groomsmen Robert Evans, bride's brother and John Letchford groom's friend. Chief bridesmaid was Jess Schofield, friend of the bride, and bridesmaid Liz Claire, groom's family friend.
