A WARRINGTON-based professor has been awarded a major honour by the Chemical Industries Association.
Dr Chris Pickles, of Clik Knowledge Transfer based at Daresbury Laboratory, has been given the award for his involvement in the Speak Out! and Listen public speaking programme over the past decade.
He was selected for the award, from more than 200 speakers from around the country, on the basis of the total number of talks given and the high level of satisfaction recorded in comments by the audiences he has addressed.
