TWO directors of a Warrington scrap metal company that failed with debts of more than £400,000 have been disqualified from acting as company directors.
Edward Glynn Price, aged 36, from Anfield, and Dennis Edward Price, aged 42, from Winsford were sanctioned after Primet Limited, based on Winwick Road, was placed into voluntary liquidation with debts of £417,197.
The disqualification comes after the pair, who are not related, were also directors of Warrington Metals Limited, which was placed into voluntary liquidation with debts of £109,218 in 1994 and Warrington Metal (Services) Limited, which had estimated debts of £731,625 when it was liquidated in 1998.
They received their penalties at a hearing at Wigan County Court on July 31.
