PUPILS and staff from St Joseph's Primary School, Penketh, said a fond farewell to a retiring dinner lady at the end of last term.
Angela Moore, of Walton Avenue, has decided to hang up her apron after dedicating half her life to serving school dinners.
Everyone at the school showed their appreciation for the work she has done by presenting her with a bouquet of flowers at the end of term assembly.
She says that she will miss all the children and intends to spend her retirement "enjoying life".
