BUNGALOWS in Rosebank, Lymm, would be seriously compromised if one resident was allowed to build front, side and rear extensions.
Residents at number 25 applied for the extra space to provide an enlarged dining room and lounge, along with a resited kitchen and extra bathroom.
But Lymm Parish Council was concerned about that the extensions would be out of character in Rosebank.
And borough councillor Sheila Woodyatt outlined a neighbour's fears that the plans would spoil the bungalows "distinctive" outlook. Planners agreed and rejected the proposals.
