RETROSPECTIVE plans for a 1.5 metre fence at 3, Linkside Avenue in Winwick have been thrown out on appeal.
Planning chiefs refused the application in February, under delegated powers, and the appeal against the decision has now been dismissed in a bid to maintain the character of the estate.
Enforcement action will be taken if the fence is not removed.
