A THIEF posing as a Water Board official stole money from a house in St Mary's Road, Penketh.
The incident happened at approximately 2pm on Tuesday, August 12, when the conman made off with £100.
He is aged between 30 and 35, slim, 5ft 10in tall, with short, brown hair and stubble. He is pale, spoke with a local accent, and was wearing a shirt and trousers.
