IN the latest of a series of similar acquisitions, Hallmark Healthcare has bought up a Church Street care home for an undisclosed sum.
Property agents Christie & Co, based in Manchester, acting on behalf of Pencare Properties, confirmed that the 67-room Apple Court home had changed hands.
New owners Hallmark, based in Billericay, Essex, now have a portfolio of nine homes nationwide, containing 550 beds.
Apple Court provides care for elderly patients with mental health needs.
