Numbers are up for law-breaking drivers
A FUNDRAISER for a cancer charity is giving motorists the chance to drive fire engines and police cars.
The Marie Cure Cancer Care Driving Challenge takes place at the Shell test track, Stretton Airfield, on September 6 and 7.
By raising sponsorship, participants can drive police cars, fire engines, buses, tractors and HGVs.
Funds will help Marie Curie Cancer Care provide free nursing to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home, supported by their families.
There is a £5 registration fee and to register, call 0161 255 2805.
