THE Queen's Lancashire Regiment paid Warrington a visit last week to answer questions about careers in the Army.
Punters at Golden Square shopping centre got the chance to meet local infantry soldiers and quiz them about their life in the Forces.
There was also a paint ball range and a truck with an on-board pistol target range.
The regiment will be back at Golden Square on September 8, 10 and 12 to raise awareness about Army careers.
The Queen's Lancashire Regiment is currently serving in Iraq but will be posted to Cyprus in 2004 and then Germany in 2006.
