GREATER Manchester Police have confirmed that former US marine Toby Studabaker, aged 31, will be returning to England today, Thursday.
This follows an extradition hearing in Germany in relation to his arrest on suspicion of child abduction. Greater Manchester Police said it is not appropriate to discuss his specific transportation arrangements. Studabaker could be charged with a further offence.
