I AM all in favour of these custody suites.
I cannot understand what the problem is; after all we have the biggest open prison on our doorstep, namely Runcorn New Town.
You just have to read the crime file in each week's World to see burglary, car crime and assault is on in the increase in these areas. At least locking them up might solve some of the problems in Runcorn at present.
