THE wedding has taken place of Daniel John Augustine Nolan, son of John Nolan and Annie Nolan from Galway, Ireland, and Jane Emma Connell, daughter of Dr Kevin Connell and Mrs Annwen Connell, from Beech View Road, Kingsley.
The Rev. Ian Rigby officiated at The Hurst Methodist Church in Kingsley, and the reception took place in The Town Hall in Chester.
The bride was educated at Helsby High School and Nottingham Medical School, and is now a paediatric consultant at Skepping Hill Hospital in Stockport.
The groom is an ophthalmic surgeon at the Manchester Eye Hospital and the couple live in Didsbury, Manchester.
