TOWN centre worshippers are asking the faithful to put their belief in buds as they prepare for a three-day religious festival.
Once again the congregation at Cairo Street Unitarian Chapel is building up to its annual Faith In Flowers celebration.
Held in conjunction with Stockton Heath Flower Club, it promises to herald all things bright and beautiful about the church.
Beginning on Friday, September 5, the bloom-laden chapel will be open from 10am to 4pm, with a flower communion staged at 7pm.
Worshippers are being encouraged to bring along anything from a single flower to a flourishing bouquet for the service.
Similar opening hours are planned for the following Saturday, rounded off with a favourite hymns service on Sunday, at 3pm, with nominations gratefully accepted.
