HOW many dog owners are there in the Winsford area? Hundreds if not thousands and possibly the same number walk their dogs.
Then how come, with all the signs about dog fouling do you never see a bin for their mess?
We walk our dog every evening in the Wharton area, going into the Weaver Valley area, and have only come across one dog bin, on the edge of Wharton Gardens, which is full to the brim and has been so for possibly two months or longer!
Why are there so few bins in a town that prides itself on cleanliness?
Please let us see some bins in the more rural areas, where people actually walk their dogs.
What's the point of 'pooping and scooping' when you have to carry it around with you on your entire walk?
