A DISCO has been organised to raise funds for Warrington Hospital's Special Care Baby Unit.
The bash is being held at the Railway Club in the town centre and replaces this year's family fun day which has been postponed until May next year.
Nurse Jill Kenyon, who organised the event, said: "Following the huge success of our last disco we thought that we would arrange another one and give the adults a night to remember."
SCBU staff care for around 250 babies each year, some of them critically ill.
They are appealing to businesses to support the event by donating raffle prizes to help raise cash for extra equipment, bedding and clothes.
They hope that parents, former patients and their friends and families will go to the club on Friday, September 19, to support the evening.
Tickets are £2.50 and can be bought from the unit or on the door.
