EAGLE Rugby Union Club gave Burtonwood the thrashing of their lives this week.
They won 63-8 but Eagle's colts team have room for improvement after losing 15-5 to Northwich Colts.
The combination of Richard Singleton and Bob Astley was outstanding against Burtonwood. They set up a host of tries with centre Mark Redford scoring a hat-trick.
Forwards Greame Barlow, Steve Leigh and Paul Scott also performed to a high standard while try scorer Chris Taylor, James Masterson, Craig Tourney, Allen Jones and Dean Tolbert-Bennet shone for the colts.
