THELWALL Morris Men conducted their traditional annual walking tour of Thelwall and Statham on bank holiday Monday with free cake for everyone who went to watch.
The group toured Thelwall in the morning and Statham in the afternoon - with two new dancers taking part in the Lymm Morris dance which they learned specifically for the rushbearing ceremony and the tour of Statham.
They are still short of numbers to help keep the group alive and with the summer dancing season finished, the practice season is about to get under way.
Next outing will be on September 3 at The Swan with Two Nicks, in Bollington, at 8.30pm when they will be joined by the Adlington Morris Men.
