THE parent company of Golborne-based Persimmon Homes North West has announced a record 29 per cent year-on-year profits rise for the first half of 2003.
Pre-tax figures for the property giant have come in at £151.7 million, compared to £117.2 million for January to June 2002.
Share earnings rose from 37.6p to 29.6p, with turnover increasing by five per cent to £857.2 million.
