ONCE again Dalton Avenue, Birchwood Park, appears to be the address for success as yet another move-to-expand property deal comes to fruition .

International IT services company Steria UK has moved into new 7,500 square foot offices at Building 101, from its former base in Thomson House.

Andrew Bradburn, Steria's commercial manager, said: "Building 101 offers a highly effective, modern working environment which reflects the attitude of the company.

"Its configuration is such that we have been able to install our equipment on a single floor.

"The team at Birchwood Park has been exceptionally responsive in meeting our needs, enabling us to fit out and open our new premises within six weeks of agreeing terms."

The ground floor of 101 is still available to let.

Jonathan Walsh, Birchwood Park Estates managing director, added: "We are really pleased that Steria has chosen to stay and expand within Birchwood Park."

Just last month mobile phone giant Vodafone unveiled plans to designate their Dalton Avenue offices as the site for one of two regional management centres.

The communications company also opened a new customer contact centre, named after Warrington rugby legend Brian Bevan.
