HUMAN rights campaigners in Crewe town centre took part in a global project by Amnesty International to stop violence against women.
The campaign focuses on ending violent conflicts within the family, calling on Governments to abolish laws that discriminate against women and establish new laws to provide protection and equality.
Protesters are also urging people to write to Crewe and Nantwich MP Gwyneth Dunwoody about the issue.
