A NORTHWICH yoga business is moving premises due to the unprecedented increase in popularity of the ancient form of therapy.

Doug Bowler, 51, is an expert in Dru yoga and has decided to relocate his business from his home in Oakwood Lane, Barnton, to new premises in Castle.

The Yoga and Therapy Centre is becoming a huge success and Doug feels he needs to move in order to satisfy demand.

He said: "Dru yoga is an elegant form of traditional yoga and is rapidly growing in popularity.

"It is easy to do and therefore available to almost everyone.

"You don't have to be fit and flexible but just want to keep well and be mobile.

"We had to move because there just isn't enough space and it looks like there will be even more people who want to give this a go in the future so the time is right."

Doug is also fully qualified in Shiatsu and will hold classes in this form of yoga at his new premises in Castle.

He said: "Understanding what is wrong and knowing what to do to change your condition is the key to Shiatsu.

"I hope that by moving to Castle my business will continue to grow and provide a much needed service."
