I AM afraid Mr Webster is living in the past.
The industrial era of this town has gone, and good riddance, we had years of pollution, filthy air, people with breathing problems, to call this part of being an industrial town is cobblers.
The rich man on the hill made the money, the serfs died.
The mountain of scrap is an eye-sore and should be removed.
We have moved on from the so-called chemical era.
All those companies exploited labour and it's a godsend we have progressed.
