I HAVE just read your article on proposed congestion charges for Warrington, with Bridge Foot being one of the places mentioned.
How does anyone living in the south of Warrington and working either in north Warrington, Sankey or even at the hospital, get to work other than driving through the Bridge Foot area? Impossible!
Seems a little unfair on workers.
