TWENTY apartments in Sandbach are to be made available at a reduced price thanks to a partnership between Congleton Borough Council and Templar Housing Association.
The town centre apartments, which will be available for rent from £60 a week, have been created above the shops in Bold Street.
They will be rented to single tenants and couples who have a connection with Congleton through residence, family or work.
The one and two-bedroomed flats can be viewed between 4-6pm tomorrow, and 10am-12pm on Saturday.
