COUNCILLORS have agreed the following proposals at a meeting of the development control committee on Wednesday:
l 46 Sandy Lane, Lymm - proposed rear extension.
l 47 Barsbank Lane, Lymm - extensions to the side and front of the building
l Barondale Grange, Stockport Road, Thelwall - proposed erection of brock boundary wall and entrance gates.
Meanwhile, councillors will also visit the following properties before deciding on schemes for those areas:
l 6 Hardy Road, Lymm - proposed demolition of existing bungalow and building of detached house.
l 64 Mardale Crescent, Lymm - plans to build a first floor extension.
