FUNDRAISERS in Lymm are celebrating after raising £5,500 to help the continuing appeal at St Mary's Church.
A Blue Velvet ball was held at Mere Country Club for the second year in succession where money was raised for the reordering of the church.
As well as selling tickets for the event, money was raised through a grand auction.
