TWO Warrington-based police officers have appeared at Chester Crown Court charged with raping a woman on New Year's Eve 2002.
Raymond Waring, aged 31, of Sexton Avenue in St Helens, and Stephen McGuire, aged 33, of Guernsey Road in Widnes, will appear in court again on Monday, June 6 for a plea and directions hearing.
The two men have been charged with two counts of rape, and misconduct in public office.
