THE award-winning Warrington Guardian has has been commended at a national awards ceremony.
Former crime reporter, Paul Keaveny came runner-up in the young journalist of the year category in the Newspaper Society's Circulation, Editorial and Promotions awards.
Warrington's promotions team was also commended in the category of best in-paper reader offer.
These latest commendations follow the paper's success at the Newsquest awards in March.
