A MAN charged with assisting an offender, in relation to the murder of a Lymm man, appeared at Warrington Crown Court on Monday.
Stephen Chadwick, aged 47, from a caravan park in Crumpsall, Manchester, will next appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday, June 3, for a plea and directions hearing.
He was charged after the body of Alan Holt Bell, aged 64, was discovered at Mr Bell's home address in Rushgreen Road, back in February.
William Collins, aged 35, of Rushgreen Road and his stepson Gary Collins, aged 21, also of Rushgreen Road, have been charged with murder and burglary, and William Collins' wife Angela, aged 41, also of Rushgreen Road, has been charged with assisting an offender.
They will also be appearing at Chester Crown Court on Friday, June 3.
