Crosfields 2

Garswood United 0

NEAL Sutch scored twice as Crosfields earned a win in the six-pointer against Garswood United.

Sutch put the home side in front after 14 minutes as he latched on to Mark Nulty's header before beating defender Chris Dignam and slotting home.

And he made the game safe with 17 minutes to go as he lashed a shot into the net after Mark Ashton's effort had been blocked. Steven Saunders almost added a third when he hit the post with a late volley.

Rylands 0

Crewe FC 0

RYLANDS' run of matches without a win was extended to four as they were held to a goalless draw by lowly Crewe FC on Saturday.

Neither side did enough to win the Division One clash, and Danny Gallop's 40-yard volley was Rylands' best effort on goal.

Rylands Reserves had little trouble in front of goal as they hammered Crewe FC Reserves 6-0, thanks to a hat-trick from man of the match Jake, a Goulding double and a strike from Jefferies.

Greenalls PSO 2

Styal 0

GUARDIAN Cup winners Greenalls Padgate St Oswalds transferred their cup form back into the league as they eventually saw off Styal in Division One.

They struggled to break the deadlock against the resilient visitors and Phil Cartwright was called upon to make two important saves, before the lively Brendan Hennessy headed home Darren Kinsey's cross to put Greenalls ahead.

The victory was sealed soon afterwards as Hennessy turned provider to set up Fergus Morris, whose scuffed effort allowed Kinsey to pounce on the rebound.

Broadheath Central 2

Warrington Town Res 2

WARRINGTON Town Reserves twice came from behind to rescue a point at in-form Broadheath on Saturday.

Ward's slip allowed Cumbes to fire Broadheath ahead in the fourth minute but Town hit back in the 35th minute when Sinker's long-range effort was fumbled into the net by the opposition goalkeeper.

Warrington had it all to do again as Barlow put the home side back in front just prior to the interval before Sweeney squared the match on the hour mark with a penalty after he had been pushed in the box.

Penk and Sank Eagle 3

Gamesley 1

PENKETH and Sankey Eagle recorded their ninth consecutive league win to go joint top of Division Two on Saturday.

Eagle gave themselves a difficult task as they fell behind inside 20 minutes in a poor first-half performance that was salvaged when Topping's 20-yard volley levelled the scores shortly before the break.

Anderton then put the home side ahead in the second period before McAllister confirmed Eagle's win.
